First you start by setting your projects and life goals in the system. After that you divide each of them into to-do’s which have to be done to achieve the goal or project. Each Goal, task and to-do you will give deadlines to so you can easily work accordingly.

Here you set your long term life goals with a deadline in it when this should be achieved. This could be personal or business goals.
Daily Routine
Here you set your routines in and keep track of them each time you do them. In the list completed daily routines you can see the history of each time you did it. Try to get the maximum out of yourself.
Projects and To-do
First you start by setting your projects in the system. After that you divide each of them into to-do’s which has to be done by you to achieve the project. Each project and to-do you will give deadlines to so you can easily work accordingly.
Speed, Efficiency, Simplicity & Security
Everything is built as simple and efficient as possible so you won’t lose any time setting your goals and projects in or editing them. Once you complete a goal, project or to-do you will get the status completed where you can also put a comment on it. This will go in the archive so you can always later find it back or share it. You can also decide to erase it from the system.
